Login with the root user select account right and click account scroll down and IAM User and Role Access to Billing Information click Activate IAM Access
Goto AWS Billing >click Bills
AWS Billing>Budgets >Create a budget with Zero spend budget โ Template adding alerts with your email id.
I am selecting Zero to spend budget โ Template
I have a Monthly cost budget Enter your budgeted amount ($) 5 and create a budget.
